Location: the hotel was near to the center of the town, Siena via the Porta San Marco and the city walls in the centre city. The breakfast was excellent, the food was fresh!
Nothing to fault.

The parking availability was convenient, but the air conditioning was ineffective and couldn't be adjusted. Nice breakfast selection with local specialties.

treatment of the reception staff. receptionist attended to us in a charming and exquisite manner. day we arrived, she was very kind, explaining to us in detail, means of transport to get to the Centre. She was very helpful, attended to our requests in a friendly manner. rooms are comfortable and have everything necessary for a short stay. Centre is not too far away, it is uphill and road has sections that are difficult for pedestrians. there is a bus stop right in front of the Hotel and ticket is very cheap and you can buy it directly at the Hotel reception, is even cheaper than if you buy it directly on the bus. You can reach the center of Siena immediately. There is parking for the car, is very important since parking in Siena is difficult. breakfast is incredible, varied, pastries, salty, juices, coffee, etc. We returned to the hotel one more night and we would repeat it if the occasion arose. We would also recommend it.
The road to get to the center of Siena.

staff of 10. New and modern facilities. Large, quiet room (ours overlooks the road). Breakfast is good. Located on the outskirts of Siena, near the ring road, so it's a good choice if you're going to move around the area by car. Own parking, no space problems. few steps away there are several restaurants. To go to the center of Siena you can go by bus (tickets can be bought at the reception). It passes every half hour (until 20:30) and bus stop is less than 100m away. To go on foot it's a 20 minute walk to Porta di Fontebranda, where the escalators go up to the upper part and Duomo (FYI the taxi to come back after dinner cost us 9 euro from that door).
Bed not particularly comfortable for our taste. To walk up to the city, part of the walk (about 500 m) is on a road with no shoulder and little lighting, so you have to be careful with the traffic.

Had a braw time! The staff were pure dead brilliant, always keen to help. The breakfast had fantastic pastries and local cheeses to fill me up for the day. Only downside was the wee walk to the bus stop, but not a deal breaker at all!

I liked the staff and the way we were treated right up to leaving. We dealt with a man who was not friendly and did nothing when we told him the internet we paid for did not work. We liked the parking and the room was fine. Also breakfast and the lady who ran it were excellent.
I am a business person and I don't like paying for wifi. In the states I stay at excellent business hotels that do not charge for wifi.

Very quiet and comfortable. Within walking distance of major attractions however bus stop was just across the street if one chose to ride. The staff was the most helpful we have run across in Italy especially Anna Maria. Her grasp of the english language made communicating easy. Also, she always greeted us with a smile and suggestions on what to see and do.

ample free parking, super clean cleanliness, good recommendations for dining
The air conditioning left much to be desired!!! Weak units failing to cool rooms properly!!! The bathroom drainage was an issue!!! The absence of outdoor seating makes relaxing after a day impossible!!!

Good: The bed was very comfortable; The shower (rainfall type) was lovely; There were some English channels on the Sky provided; The Hotel was quiet and we slept really well. All the staff were friendly and helpful. Location was great for Sienna, with the bus stop over the road and bus tickets from the front desk for €1. Not quite so good: The breakfast was limited, with no hot food. But the coffee was freshly made and very good. There were no Tea/Coffee facilities in the room and no bar or restaurant in the Hotel. There was however an excellent restaurant next door, so all in all I can recommend this Hotel, especially for exploring Tuscany.

Staff friendliness and helpfulness was of a very high standard. The bedroom was kept very clean with punctual maid service. Pastries at breakfast were a treat.
